About this apartment rental

Our apartment is on the 1st First floor in a city villa newly built in 2016. It has 68 m² and has a south-facing balcony.
A maximum of 4 people will find a well-equipped kitchen. There is a double bed in the bedroom, the functional sofa, which is located in the combined kitchen and living room, offers two additional beds.
Of course, towels and bed linen are provided. Shops are within walking distance. The St. Josef Abbey is 900 meters away.

Sehr gut ausgestattete, saubere, geräumige, perfekte FeWo. Waren zu zweit eine knappe Woche. Ruhig gelegen. Sehr nette Vermieterin, alles unkompliziert! Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wohnung ist sehr schön hell und freundlich. Alles sehr sauber. Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Vermieterin ist nett und hilfsbereit. Es war ein perfektes Wochenende. Vielen Dank

Eine tolle und helle Ferienwohnung im ersten Stock eines neu gebauten Hauses. Dementsprechend alles noch nagelneu und wirklich gut ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Badezimmer, welches deutlich über der Norm für Ferienwohnungen liegt und jedes Hotelbadezimmer um Längen schlägt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und das Gesamtpaket hat mehr als überzeugt! Oftmals sind es auch die "kleinen Dinge", die dann doch den merklichen Unterschied machen: ob ein paar Schoko-Bonbons oder die Flasche Orangensaft und Wasser, die im Kühlschrank wartete. Und die Küche ist so ausgestattet, dass man im Urlaub auch spontan einen Kuchen backen kann. Ach und dann noch die Bettwäsche in Komfort-Größe. Dass alles blitzblank geputzt und nicht ein einziges Haar zu finden war, versteht sich da fast von selbst. Also eine deutliche Weiterempfehlung, da mehr als über dem Standard von vergleichbaren Ferienwohnungen! Wir kommen gern wieder!
