Very comfortable, very spacious. Excellent location.
Very comfortable, clean, spacious property in a good location for the village which has real charm. Both bedrooms are en-suite - which is a real bonus.
Nothing major, just personal niggles. The second bedroom has single beds, each up against a wall. The mattress ‘wandered’ on the base during the night. Flannelette sheets in the second bedroom. Parking fine for 1 car, not ideal for 2. Plus - not the owners’ fault - but if you don’t like a zillion seagulls kicking off at daybreak then bring earplugs.

beautiful cottage and scenic area great for family
we love Portmahomack and been there before, but this is by far the best cottage we have been in so far. Nicely renovated, clean and great locations
not much if anything. only thing was recycle/normal trash calendar was difficult to read/understand

Lovely home near the harbour.
The house was spacious with three bathrooms. The kitchen was large with plenty of room for eating. We were there at Christmas, and the house was decorated very thoughtfully for the season. The fireplace was a great addition making the sitting room cosy on cold evenings. The location is superb, near the harbour and nice walks. The pub and shop are nearby.
The house was very well supplied on the whole, but it had only three toilet rolls for three people for a week and just two dishwasher tablets. The parking space was very small and difficult to negotiate.

The towels really let the cottage down --- small and only last a day or so before they are wet through!
