The room had a nice view, very nice beach is 10 minute walk away, friendly staff.
The room is poorly equipped - kitchen only has essentials and it would be nice to have at least a dish soap, kitchen towel and a sponge. The description said that the kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine which is not true. Same goes for bathroom - it doesn't even have a hand soap, so you really have to bring everything with you. You only get one towel per person - no matter the lenght of your stay. What really bothered us was the fact that there was no cold water available - only really hot water, which was unpleasant to shower with in the summer heat. I don't mind that they don't come and clean the room, but it would be nice to at least have a broom in the room so we could clean ourselves. Plus - they don't even come take your trash away, you have to take it yourself. It would be really nice to have a balcony or at least to have the information that this room does not come with one. To conclude I think you really don't get much for the price you pay.
