Welcome to our 5 ***** star thatched beach house. Let your mind wander in a romantic setting, a stone's throw from the beach.
The architect's house is equipped with real oak furniture from the carpenter. It forms a harmonious idyll with the furnishings and the landscaping to relax. A wood-burning stove, a sauna with wellness area and relaxation area, a constantly heated outdoor whirlpool and stylish furnishings ensure relaxing hours. The house has 145 square meters of living space.
The spacious living room with open modern kitchen offers enough space to relax. The 3 bedrooms (6 people + 1 toddler) offer enough space for large families or couples traveling together. Equipment u. a .: 4 flat screen TV, Bose music system with Bluetooth, washing machine, dryer, central vacuum system, and much more, completion 2017!

The 5-star holiday home awarded by the German Tourism Association is located in the Baltic Sea resort of Karlshagen on the dune pine forest about 350m from the beach on the sunny island of Usedom, which stretches over 40 kilometers from Ahlbeck to Peenemünde. It is also known as the Sylt of the East. You can go on long and relaxing hikes or bike rides along the beach directly from the thatched house. In the seaside resort you will find all the shops you need, e.g. B. Aldi, Netto, Edeka, pharmacy, doctors, bakeries, cafes and restaurants.
The building has a central vacuum cleaning system. This offers a lot of advantages, which not only delight allergy sufferers. An 8 meter suction hose is simply inserted into one of 4 suction sockets on the floors in the wall. The exhaust air from the central vacuum cleaner goes directly outside via a pre-filter system. As a result, mold spores that form in the vacuum cleaner bag are not distributed in the room, but are transported directly to the outside world.
Another highlight is our outdoor whirlpool for 4 people, which is constantly heated with a water temperature of 37 degrees. You can open it at any time of the day or night and let yourself be pampered with powerful massage jets and LED colored light. An absolute "must have" in the outdoor wellness area. It is not necessary to preheat the pool. The pool is embedded in the wooden terrace surrounded by a wall made of boulders.
In the spacious wellness area on the ground floor there is a Finnish sauna with LED colored light. After the sauna you can let yourself be pampered in a spacious shower with a rain shower and hand shower.
Two very comfortable bath loungers, which can be folded backwards, are then ready for relaxation with a view of the beautiful garden.

Dem Preis entsprechend ist das Haus in einem top Zustand, voll ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt.

Ich war im Juni 2022 vor Ort (wenn auch überwiegend zum Arbeiten). Das Objekt ist sehr luxuriös und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Die Innenausstattung ist aufeinander abgestimmt, alles ist durchdacht. Die Küche ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet, ebenso sind die Medien sehr gute Wahl - auch die Anleitungen für alle Geräte liegen vollständig vor. Über das WLAN war ich sofort online. Der Außenbereich ist gut eingewachsen und bietet viele Möglichkeiten, sich auch draußen aufzuhalten - aber der Weg zum Strand ist natürlich auch nicht weit! Alles in Allem kann ich das Objekt nur weiterempfehlen, gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles ist vorhanden, was man benötigt. Da das Wetter nicht so besonders war, haben wir die Sauna und den whirlpool ebenfalls genießen können. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub.

Attraktives Haus in herrlicher Umgebung. Selbst unsere Teenies waren mit dem Whirlpool zu ködern und schnell im Chillmodus - wir Erwachsenen kamen daher auch gut zur Ruhe.
Es ist alles im Haus vorhanden, wir mussten lediglich Toilettenpapier und Spülmaschinentabs nachkaufen. Einzig der persönliche Kontakt zum Hausmeisterteam hat uns etwas gefehlt (Schlüsselübergabe war zwar unproblematisch und wir konnten uns jederzeit telefonisch bei Fragen melden, auch der Pool wurde gewartet), da so keine professionelle Unterweisung in "Wie gehe ich mit einem Whirlpool um", wo befinden sich die Mülleimer, etc. stattfand.
