Private Historic Villa with Pool in the Heart of the Old Town of Rethymno, Crete

The Manor is a fully renovated 16th Century Venetian Residence, set amidst a peaceful and luxurious fruit tree garden with a private swimming pool, a courtyard, terraces and balcony views of the Old Fort. The villa has been restored under the guidance and close supervision of the Archeological Department and it has been equipped with all the necessary modern amenities in order to ensure that our residents have a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

This exclusive 350m2 retreat offers couples, families or larger groups, the perfect opportunity to experience an authentic old town home in complete privacy. The residence is centrally located, in a quiet cobbled street, just a few steps away from the central bus station and all the city’s major attractions including shops, local markets, restaurants and beaches.


FEATURES
The 180m2 villa can accommodate up to 10 residents (children included) and is laid out on two levels with 3 bedrooms (one king bed, two twins/king bed and one queen bed), 2 bathrooms (a traditional bathtub and a spacious double walk-in shower), a laundry room, 2 living rooms with sofa beds and a dining room with a fully equipped open plan kitchen. Outdoor facilities include a 3.5m x 7m swimming pool surrounded by ample lounging spaces and an expansive 4m wooden dining table with a traditional BBQ.


ADDITIONAL FEATURES
The residence is fully furnished with high quality bedding; air conditioning and heating in all the rooms (including the bathrooms); 3 wood stove fireplaces; satellite TV’s in all the bedrooms; a 65” flat screen TV, with cable reception, in the main living room; indoor/outdoor WIFI coverage and two residential security cameras at the entrance.

Please note that the residence can accommodate families with children under adult supervision only, as the pool is not fenced in and there are stairs, terraces and balconies. To facilitate your family stay, we can provide you with baby gates for the indoor stairs, high chairs and one baby cot upon request at the time of reservation.

In order to ensure that our guests enjoy their complete privacy, the residence is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a complete self-catering stay, however, housekeeping and pool maintenance services are available upon request at an additional cost.
