About this house rental
Located in Hampton Lakes, 15 mins drive from Disney Springs, Universal Studios, Epcot, Seaworld, Disneyland, Kennedy Space Centre, Tampa Bay, Clearwater etc. Also close to all amenities such as Walmart, Target & Publix supermarkets, restaurants, pubs and pharmacies. Recently opened a very welcome Aldi in Haines City and another Aldi 15 minutes drive. Newly refurbished March 2016 containing: climate control air con & heating, nautical theme master beds, twin pirate room, twin animal theme room (spot the monkey! Our fully fitted games room has a foosball table, dartboard, netball hoops, a pool table and an adaptable ping pong/table tennis shelf that you can play on top of the pool table. There is a 65" HD flat screen tv in the Main Lounge & flat screen tv's in all 4 bedrooms. Full cable access & free wi-fi, south east facing pool with parasol, table, chairs & 2 comfy loungers. We have recently installed solar pool heating which is free of charge to all our customers. If, however, this is not warm enough for you, we can arrange for the electric pool heater to be switched on at a charge of $15 per day. Installed in Jan 2020 a brand new shaker style kitchen with quartz worktops, mixer taps, food disposal & undercounter mood lighting. New cooker/stove. New sofas and coffee tables for 2020. Utility room contains brand new washer & dryer. There is a travel cot in the Animal Room closet for your little hatchlings, hairdryers in all 3 bathrooms. The villa is constantly being up dated to keep it in tip top condition for our guests to relax and enjoy. A 2nd En-Suite was installed in October '18 which makes it a 3 bathroom property. Everything from a microwave to a monkey!!

We loved the location, the house was very clean. Quiet neighbors. Beautifully decorated and maintained. Speaking with Denise was easy and she was quick to answer. We would stay here again.

My family & I came down for a Disney/Universal surprise for our children. The location was excellent and the pool was the daily staple for the kids at any time. Denise was wonderful at accommodating us a few extra as we had a later flight out and any issues were handled with quick responses. We would certainly stay here again in the future if we come that way. Thank you!

The owner is very nice, but local management is poor. I had to clean a lot upon arrival and buy quite a few things because we booked an extended stay. Mattresses need changing.
