Beautiful villa on the ground floor located in the residential area of Babilonia a very quiet area, about 10-15 min walking to the beach and about 10 min from the town center.
Capacity for 4 guests, fully equipped.
HOUSING: Entrance to the house 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with two single beds) all exterior and bright. Living room, full sink with shower and another dressing room. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher and a table with two chairs for small breakfasts.
GARDEN: entrance to the house, on the right there is a small porch with a table and four chairs with awnings for the sun on the left part of the garden on grass and in the central part gives access to the garage. At the back of the house there is a private terrace ideal for sunbathing, barbecue etc.
