Our stay at Promaja was excellent. The house is very clean, in a great location, and equipped with all the tools and utensils we might need. I would definitely choose it again on my next visit to Croatia!
The beds and pillows were a bit too soft for my taste, but this is just a personal preference.

The location is perfect. The nearest beach can be reach in 2 minutes walking. The house is very nice and practical. 3 sleeping rooms and two bathrooms are enough for 3 couples or 1 family with 2 kids + 1 couple without kids. On the 1st floor the air conditioning is installed and keeps the sleeping area in a nice temperature. In the garden there is a big grilling place and shadow, which is very desired during the days in Croatia :-) The owner is very kind and willing to help in any topic. It's a perfect place for someone, who likes to enjoy sun, water, calm and evenings in the garden :-)
My suggestions for the owner:
I would add some lock in the bathroom's door on the ground floor. The kitchen could have newer furniture, but that is only an optical effect - nothing else = all you need is there. Additionally I would suggest putting some label on the switch for the heating water, which is located in the bathroom/toilet on the ground floor - it can be easily mistaken with a light and as an effect you turn off the water heating, as I did on the first evening ;-)
