The property was very spacious. One big bedroom with a double 🛌 , big wardrobe and cabinet for shoes. The second bedroom was cozy with a large electric king size single bed and big wardrobe. Additionally there two folding beds. In the living room very spacious, is also a sofabed for two people. On the upper floor there is a large bathroom with a shower cubicle and a bathtub 🛀 , sink and toilet. The living room has a dining room, and the living area is about three steps lower. From the living room, you can access the terrace and the garden. On the terrace there is a large table, several chairs, and a bench. The living room, the stairs, and the bedrooms are carpeted. On the ground floor, there is a small guest toilet with a sink (no shower or bathtub). The kitchen 🧑‍🍳is a fitted kitchen in the 80s style. The kitchen has a refrigerator with an extra freezer (4 drawers). The stove is modern with a ceramic hob and a convection oven. The hostess is not on site but can be reached from day 1 of the booking. 😁😁🤍 She also has various people on site as contact persons in Bielefeld. The television 📺in the living room has Magenta TV, so you have access to various streaming services such as YouTube, Prime, and Netflix (provided you have a Netflix and Prime subscription), as well as various media libraries with access without registration, such as RTL+, Magenta TV, etc. We parked 🚗directly on the property in front of the garage. The city center is easily accessible by tram, and only about 5-8 minutes away by car. Sabine sent us a list of shopping options and various other options. A very large Edeka supermarket with a bakery is located at Huberstraße 25, a 3-minute drive away (with a huge selection).

So far okay. Some suggestions: The floors and a few small parts in the kitchen need a bit of renovation. The description of two bathrooms was a bit confusing; we expected two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The extra beds are very basic.
