Dalmatian stone villa with heated pool

This beautiful home offered a truly tranquil escape, surrounded by nature and offering sublime peace. It was the perfect setting for a family holiday – the kids loved the pool, collecting eggs from the chicken coop every morning, feeding the tortoises, and hunting for creatures like lizards and stick insects. Even on the day when rain and wind made the pool a bit dirty, the owner was quick to come and clean it, and always available for any questions. The holiday was incredibly relaxing, and the stunning views, especially with the south-facing sun all day, were breathtaking. Though the villa is isolated on the mountainside, Omiš is only 15 minutes away and Makarska just 30 minutes, both with great restaurants and supermarkets. A beautiful, peaceful retreat I would highly recommend! I can’t wait to return.

This is a perfect location for people looking for absolute peace and quiet. The house provides a stunning view of the sea and surrounding mountains, and is far from any other buildings, so no one will bother you. You can just sit at the pool and relax. The kitchen has all the appliances (gas stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge), and there is a separate outside grilling area with a dedicated table. Upstairs has two double bedrooms, and there is a third separate bedroom with it's own entrance and bathroom. Nearest restaurant is a walking distance, and stores in Omis are 10 min away by car.
