Fomos bem recebidos pela Marina, que nos explicou tudo devidamente. A localização é estratégica, facilitando o acesso a praias, comércio e centro histórico. O fato de ter dois banheiros facilita muito. A vista, a partir do terraço, é realmente maravilhosa!
Como acontece em quase toda a cidade de Dubrovnik, a quantidade de escadas para chegar da rua até a entrada do apartamento torna-se um dificultador.

Great view of the water and old town from balcony. Two bathrooms. Comfortable. Walkable to Beach and Old town.

The location was excellent. Easy walk downhill to Dubrovnik Old Town. Lovely big terrace
There was construction work with 2 large cranes just in front of the apartment. We were not informed about this prior to arrival or when making the reservation. There are approx 60+ steps up to the apartment ( so pack lightly). Apartment and furnishings were a bit tired and could be updated.
