I like its cleanliness and the spacious room. The location is strategic where you can find eateries and restaurants, convenience shops, and e- hailing services. The bed and mattress are comfortable promoting good rest.
I was quite surprised that the single room I booked was designed with disabled friendly toilet (with hand rails) and wheelchair ramp. I am not sure if the room was designed to cater the needs of the disabled/ wheelchair user guest.

Clean spacious room and toilet.. Located near to BRT and Sunway Pyramid.
No toothbrush and toothpaste provided. Basic tv channels. Wifi can sometimes losing signal to connect.

Loved being able to walk 4 mins to conference. And that this was a busy, and safe area. Good shower.
Lack of a mini fridge, no extra toilet paper, elevator didnt work to go down and no notice of this. Also poor lighting in elevator meant cant see the floor buttons!
