Great house, nice pool and ample space and facilities. It houses 6 easily and 8 with f.i. kids on the living room sleeping couch.

The location is on the very outskirts of Lamai, but still surrounded by lots of buildings. Didn't hear or notice tenants in other villas though.

We had an amazing stay at this brand-new villa, made even more special by the incredibly responsive and welcoming hosts, Ciryl and Sydney, who surprised us with a generous upgrade. The private pool was fantastic, and the fenced area backing onto the forest created a peaceful and unique atmosphere despite being a bit further from Lamai. The villa is beautifully designed, very spacious, and the fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed. A great bonus was the JBL speaker, which made our evenings even more enjoyable. Everything felt fresh, modern, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. We would absolutely love to come back and highly recommend this place for a relaxing and stylish stay.

after 28 hours flight looking for the place which has no name on it ,manager came 40 minutes late,place was a sauna, Lock didn't work,tv didn't work ,get it all going took another hour still tv had no remote control, you need change channel with computer mouse as it is live tv ,very unconftable,very little shower pressure,doors are still swollen and don't shut, Dogs are everywhere and bark all night,all in all a very neglected unfinished place with very basic furniture,,big disappointment
