About this apartment rental
Desirable second floor condo overlooks pool and has vaulted ceilings with two skylights for an open and sunny feel. The condo is completely renovated with a new kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. Enjoy free WiFi to stay connected. We are dedicated to accommodating your needs for an enjoyable and relaxing beach vacation, please let us know if you have special requests. The property is fully furnished and includes an electric range/oven, refrigerator/ice maker, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and all necessary utensils / pots / pans / plates / cups.
The condo has multiple pillows and blankets. Please bring two sets of queen sized sheets (master bed and sofa bed), as well as bath and beach towels. Sheets and towels can be rented if required, just ask prior to arrival.
One parking passes included for parking in the private lot.
No pets allowed per condo rules.
For monthly rentals all utilities are included, except for electricity, as it's usage based. The fee for electricity will be sent after checkout.

Very good. Recommend having a second key inside so you don’t have to deal with the lockbox everytime. I think it said one would be there online but we never found it. We are older and it eas cold getting in sometimes. Overall it was excellent and we loved our time there.

Very nice place, closes to Dunes Beach. Very clean. Will book again next year!

We thought it had beach access, but enjoyed the Lobster Pound. Unit could really be much better with a few changes.
