Holiday Home Voorthuizen near De Veluwe

De ligging van de accomodatie. Helemaal privé. Grote tuin. Sauna en hottub aanwezig. Appart gedeelte met een bed, badkamer met toilet en keuken. Erg leuk. Wij waren met 7 personen en hebben daar gebruik van gemaakt.

Privacy, extra bijhuis, goed ingericht, veiligheid, goede bedden, hygiëne. Communicatie.

Handdoeken niet standaard aanwezig.

Excellent for families! It had a nice private little yard and a toy cupboard available for kids. Located in a small gated community. Kitchen for home cooked meals. There is a washer dryer and all essential amenities of home. Wifi was good in the main house. It’s also located in a central area of the Netherlands for if you’re planning on seeing sights in North or South Holland also. We had a large SUV for our family and took quite a few day trips. We used bikes, boats and traveled by foot once we reached the cities. Parking and gas cost less than a train ride for our group. This cottage has sufficient parking right at the door and a spot for visitors if you so desire. The host was friendly and left us with a delicious freshly baked sweet loaf when we arrived.

So many keys. The dryer vent (not a the lint trap) needed to be cleaned, we cleaned it. The appliances ie coffee maker and toaster needed a good cleaning before use. There were also moldy dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived. There were smoke detectors but we didn’t see a carbon monoxide detector. We had some difficulty figuring out the bathroom fan, we couldn’t get it to turn off one night and it was very noisy and kept us awake. The trick is just one pull. Don’t pull again until it stops. The bunk house in the back had an odd odour. We left the doors open for fresh air for a bit every day. For all these things I didn’t like I don’t regret staying here. I loved hearing the birds sing in the morning and the little duck that paddled around the pond and would check on us at the sliding glass door. Having a yard was so benificial for my active child as well.
