Poor quality apartment, with a poor quality host.

It was clean. The host seemed friendly at first and provided tons of information but the moment we mentioned a problem, boom it started.

We did not enjoy our stay due to the apartment's poor condition: Broken toilet seat Shower flooding the bathroom - absolutely annoying!! As mentioned by previous guests Stains on the sofa Unfriendly neighbors blocking access Missing cereal bowl No knife Unusable TV The host was rude and unprofessional, dismissing our concerns and telling us to fix the broken toilet ourselves. She also refused to provide a receipt for the city tax. Future guests should insist on an official receipt. She promised a one-day refund, which we haven't received. Overall, the stay was unpleasant. An "art" apartment should also be functional and high quality. And then after checkout she was having a tantrum because we put the towels on the floor, which is standard practice and we did because the shower would flood the bathroom. We left our dishes piled up neatly(unwashed) as we had paid a cleaning fee to approve 10% of the stay charge. And yet she was complaining. Just a terrible experience, not worth even staying for free if you have to deal with this nonsense.

If you like to sleep with opened windows, it’s difficult as it out on the road . But there’s AC and you will feel comfortable to sleep with closed windows without any sounds from cars

Lovely, would recommend, great host

The property was lovely, the host was so so helpful and couldn’t have given us any more recommendations for places to visit, eat etc. The apartment was really spacious and had all amenities we needed. Self check in was great as it allowed us the to check in a bit later in the evening which is rare!

It was a bit noisy throughout the night as the bedroom is right above a main road. Not an issue with the property specifically but the bus links to the property if you don’t have a car end by around 10pm so it does limit somewhat what you can do in an evening.

More than surpassed our expectations! Highly recommended! A very nice apartment

We really loved this apartment and the host Francesco was very friendly and pleasant (he also gave us some very good recommendations about what to see and do in Como and is very passionate about his beautiful city!) The apartment was super clean, very well equipped and very stylish as well! As the name suggests, this is a very "art"-themed apartment and in very good taste. The location was perfect for us, quiet and not too far from the Como center and lakeside, and there was the opportunity to put our car safely inside the residence.

Nothing! Everything was perfect for us! Even in the extreme heat of August the open windows gave a nice breeze at night but ideally some Air Conditioning would make it even better... However, it was explained to us that because of the age of the building walls it is not possible to install a modern AC system.

It was very clean and spatious.the parking place was exactly near the entrance which was very good for our bagage.the host Francesco was very nice and kind person.I strongly recommend:)

Cosy and design apartment in Como

Very nice, cozy and design apartment, with everything you need for a nice stay. Excellent value for the money you pay ! The host Francesco is very friendly and provides you lots of good tips.

The only negative point I would find is the noise of the cars in the street especially during the night since the apartment is located on a road with a lot of traffic (and I think the Italians drive very fast, therefore the noise 😁). And also the glazing must be simple because there is no big difference with windows open or closed.. Don’t forget to bring ear plugs if you are sensitive to that.

Exceptional

We used this apartment as a stop-over during our long trip. The host was amazing. 1 minute after booking the host contacted me, sent me GPS location, photo of the apartment, asked me if I need a baby cot, and when I arrived it was already installed. The apartment was super clean. There was a nice kitchen where we had a quick breakfast before continuing our trip.

Slechte buurt, dronken vervelende buurman

Buurt is niet oké, dronken buurman waar je last van hebt. Voel je onveilig en na problemen met de buurman zijn we vertrokken de host beloofde het geld terug te storten maar trekt dit nu terug ondanks dat ik daar bewijs van heb op whatsapp
