The owner was very hospitable.On arrival we were welcomed with a huge bowl of different fruits from his garden. The apartment was cool, such an advantage with the outside temperatures above 30 C. The place had all needed amenities. The distance from the beach is around 900 m which we would walk in 13 min. The closest restaurant pizzeria is 200 m away and the closest small market is around 800m from the villa. Would definitely return!

Excellent accomodation for my family. Extremely clean modern and well equipped. The property is located about a five minute drive from Vieste and within a 15 minute walk to the beach. The apartment is in the lower level of the owner's home with a walk out to a private patio. It stays cool and comfortable without need of air conditioning. The beds are very comfortable and there is adequate storage. The kitchen is very well equipped. Oscar is an extremely friendly and welcoming host and invited us to help ourselves to the many delicious fruits growing on the trees on the property. Highly recommended.
