Schöne, alte Villa mit riesiger Parkanlage, moderner Fahrstuhl im Haus, ausreichend Parkplätze am Haus, idyllisch am Nordrand des Harzes gelegen. Ein kleiner "rauschender" Bach verläuft direkt am Haus. Sehr ruhige Lage, wenn man von der Schmalspurbahn absieht, die einige wenige Male täglich direkt am Haus vorbeifährt. Topp Lage, wenn man es ruhig mag. Ein netter, kleiner "Italiener" mit guter und erschwinglicher Küche ist nur wenige Meter von der Villa entfernt.
Die Einrichtung war etwas "einfacher", als man von außen erwartet hätte. Die Küche war uns etwas zu eng, zumal das Abwaschbecken über eck sehr unbequem zu bedienen war. Wer aber nur Teewasser oder Kaffee kochen möchte, kommt zurecht. Evtl. sind die Küchen in den übrigen Wohnungen in der Villa etwas größer. In der kleinen DG-Wohnung war sie auf ein Minimum reduziert. Die übrigen Räumen waren ausreichend groß.

Die Villa ist wunderschön und besonders. Der weitläufige Park ist sehr gepflegt und vorallem, wie bei uns mit Hund, ein Traum. So eine schöne Unterkunft hatten wir tatsächlich noch nie. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohlgefühlt und hoffen auf ein Wiedersehen. Vielen Dank an die Villa Parkhaus

Das Bad könnte grösser sein. Bei Temperaturen über 30Grad wäre ein Ventilator sehr von nutzen.Herrlich
