Ruhige Lage in einem wunderschönen Park. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Hunde sind herzlich willkommen und unserer war von dem großen Park begeistert. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein und schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber sehr sauber. Die Dusche ist sehr klein. Für große und kräftge Menschen sehr klein. Das Licht ist auch nicht so schön und dauert etwas bis es angeht..

Der grosse Park zur Villa war perfekt für unseren Hund! Sehr ruhige Lage und die grosse Terrasse unserer Ferienwohnung (Nr.6) waren sehr angenehm; Die hauseigenen Parkplätze sind top; Das Stadtzentrum von Wernigerode ist mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten erreichbar; Die Gastgeber stehen immer für Anliegen und mit Tipps zur Verfügung - passt!
Das Badezimmer ist baulich bedingt sehr klein und eine Verjüngungskur / Modernisierung würde nicht schaden (z.B.: Toilettenspülung läuft unkontrolliert und spontan nach was besonders nachts stört), ansonsten alles gut und alles da was man braucht!

Das Bad könnte grösser sein. Bei Temperaturen über 30Grad wäre ein Ventilator sehr von nutzen.Herrlich
