We called one day before we wanted to visit for reservation. De lady was very rude on the phone she told us the rate we saw on the internet was not possible, we needed to read better. Than we booked the room though booking.com because it was not possible to talk to her. We found out on the internet that we dit not reed wrong, but this company put the wrong picture and prince together. They put the lowest price they offer with the jacuzzi picture together. So we got wrong information in the first place.We put in the reservation we will arrive between 14.00 and 15.00 hours. At 14.00 hours there was nobody to welcome us. We had to call this lady and tell her we have arrived. When we entered the room the lady started to made the beds up for us. She annoyed us with her personal problems, that her car was broken and she had no nerves left anymore and that Serbia was like that. We asked about sokobanja, what was nice to see or to do and where are the natural waters. She informed us, that there was no water al all, it was just the air banja. We found out that this was wrong information unfortunately. The bathroom had a very bad leak. She asked 37 euros, we paid 40 euros and she returned 200 dinar with the announcement, I have no more left. Too bad, such a beautiful apartment on a lovely location and such a bad service.

Good location, clean and very comfortable. Close to the center of the city, but so peaceful.

There was not hot water in the kitchen, the water heater was broken. Neither additional blankets - it was cold in this period - surprisingly.

Upropašćen vikend

Osoba koja nas je sačekala kasnila je, čekali smo je oko sat vremena. Apartman je bio mokar i hladan kada smo stigli, voda je bila oko kade pa je dolazila devojčica da brise. Na sve to nije nam rečeno da hodromasazna kada ne rad a na pitanje zašto nam nije rečeno dobili smo uvrede kako ne znamo da je koristimo, kako je većina nas koji dolazimo budala. Naravno izašli smo iz apartmana već oko 17h. Novac nam naravno nije vraćen a što je najgore upropašćen nam je produženi vikend.

Pre svega, neljubaznost gazdrice, nesređen apartman pod opravdanjem da su prethodni gosti ostavili havariju), pa je voda iz đakuzija po podu (koju je pred našim očima počela skupljati peškirom koji je trebalo da koristimo za ruke, valjda. U kupatilu na česmi je samo hladna voda. Nema nikakvih sapunčića, šapončića i sl. za korišćenje. Nema nikakve prostirke, peškira na koju stati pri izlasku iz tuš kadice koja je veličine cca 70cm sa 70cm. Jedino dobro je krevet koji je prosečno ok za 2 odrasle osobe, udoban i klime koja dobro radi. Tople vode je bilo da se napuni 2/3 đakuzija da bude relativno mlaka voda. Ko voli toplije ne bi bio zadovoljan. Svetiljke na plafonu u boji ipak, ne mogu da pokriju loš sveukupan utisak. I opet ću se vratiti na početak, neljubaznost gazdarice i opanjkavanje prethodnih gostiju je bilo skoro da mi došlo da se okrenemo i odemo pre korišćenja apartmana. Na molbu da sutradan produžimo malo boravak nije moglo, ali da uzme bakšiš je sasvim brzo prihvatila. Eh, da, zamolila sam je da nam donese ćebe, jer nam je bilo hladno i 2 manja peškira , jer je ista takva 2 bacila na pod da pokupi vodu. Donela je, hvala joj. Wifi je bio relativno dobar. Čistoća: prašina na podu kao posle krečenja. Otisci čaša na okviru đakuzija, neopran đakuzi. Nemam čulo mirisa, pa nisam sigurna da li je posteljina stavljena nekorišćena. Žao mi je što je previše detalja da nisam mogla ne ostaviti ovaj komentar.

tres bien pour une nuit de passage

la réactivité de l’hôte, le parking,

le spa qui serre à rien car le ballon d'eau chaud et beaucoup beaucoup trop petit, on a rempli 10 cm et l'eau etait froid, et du coup on a pris des douche froide après... pas cool les tasse de café sale dans l’évier, sûrement un oublie de la femme de ménage, sinon tous le reste est parfait
