Rosando is great host, nice property and amazing views. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Wonderful sitting area inside and outside, views from the balcony as well as terrace are amazing. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware and tableware.

The access to property is best by car or a taxi. Bit tricky to walk around as area is not pedestrian friendly. We had to be careful to walk on road to go to nearby Cafe.

We had a perfect two-week stay as a family of three with an 11-year-old. The villa was big, spacious, and spotless, with an amazing bathtub, a great shower, and a beautiful terrace where we enjoyed stunning sunset views. The grill and jacuzzi made it the perfect. Also, the house location is complete escape from tourists and cliche Tenerife vacay things. The location is extremely convenient, with everything you could possibly need nearby (hiperdino, Lidl, aldi, etc). The house has a big fridge (I love to cook), a large TV for Netflix nights, and a comfortable couch where we could all relax together. There’s even a great full-sized wardrobe — a detail I loved as a fashion girl! Full size washing machine + dryer!! It truly felt like my parents’ house, with a similar taste in furniture — maybe a bit old-fashioned, like mid-2010s style — but it completely reminded me of their house, and I felt super cosy. In overall, we had such a happy, memorable time here. Also! a lovely bonus — there’s a lemon tree right in front of the house! I used these lemons, and they were absolutely delicious. We’re already thinking of returning next year. A big plus – it’s very easy to drive to Top Training Tenerife, a world-class facility for both professional athletes and kids, and it’s also an easy drive to the Teide national park or 40-min highway drive to the scenic mountains to Masca (highly recommended). We absolutely loved the location, house and had an amazing time! And the cherry on top — Rosendo, who is simply amazing, caring, and kind, made our stay even more special.

Some people might notice there’s no air conditioning, but that wasn’t a big deal for me personally — I don’t like AC in general and prefer warmer weather, so it was perfectly comfortable.

This is a beautiful property in a fabulous location. The view of the coast is amazing. As with all things it depends what you are looking for, but for us the location and the view and the peace and quiet were exactly what we wanted. It is near the TF1 but don't let that put you off, you can't see it and the noise is just background noise. There are only three properties here and everyone is quiet and friendly. You can get to several coastal resorts within 10 minutes so plenty of variety. There is plenty of car parking at the house and I would not book accommodation in Tenerife that did not have parking so that's a big plus too. Inside the house is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. We would definitely rent this place again. Infact we have already stayed here twice.
