Really beautiful room and property. Parking was ample. Hostess was wonderful. Breakfast was over the top!
I didn’t sleep well. Pillows were too soft and didn’t provide the support my neck needed. The room was too warm. Though we had the windows open. The bed was meh.

Beautiful BnB! Lovely, large room with very comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet, peaceful location but very easy walking distance to Kinsale shops and restaurants. Maeve was incredibly friendly and helpful and had wonderful suggestions for dining in town. Breakfast was delightful with plenty of delicious hot and cold options. We loved our stay in Kinsale!

Close to the old town
2 people came in late to the room next to us & proceeded to have a loud argument between themselves around 2-4am. The walls must be thin as we could hear them well. I phoned the manager & she said she couldn’t do anything about the noise as there may be alcohol involved. So we had a sleepless night; not good enough as it is not cheap to stay there. Pillows were soft & needed updating & the plumbing is noisy.
