Clean, kitchen well equipped beds comfortable. A few complaints about heat: this is a problem in most stays in tha area during the colder months but plenty of blankets were provided. The location was great the apartment was small but ample for us and didn't want for anything. Basic but perfect
If I had to complain I would say the couch, I would recommend something like a futon or fold down as that is the only tv and was difficult to be comfortable with 3 adults.

The apartment is a 2 minute walk from beach, no parking available, but we managed to find one up road, everything you need for a comfy stay.
Small beds, sofa is very small. carrying bags up stairs, but that's Europe..
