Nice view, but……

The view. Stunning, really. The washer and dryer work great.

Agent who met us spoke NO English, and explained northing. Not acceptable, as we booked in English and 99% of the communications from the booking agency was in english. Location is very noisy, both from the street and tenants above. No AC and the place gets hot during the day. Booking has 3pm check in and 11check out; property manager info says 4 and 10, with no possibility for earlier check in. The rules when you get there have you take out the trash before leaving, with no instructions as to where the municipal trash bins are located. Parking nearby was fine, but we left on Saturday. During the season and on the weekends, parking will be near impossible. Toaster is broken, I asked management about coffee and was assured that coffee was provided. Four pods for two people staying three nights. Would not return

beautiful location, shame about the works.

Location was perfect had it not been for the roadwork right outside the balcony.

Roadworks right outside the balcony were noisy and dusty leaving the balcony and the whole place dirty. We should have been advised of the roadworks so that we could of made alternative arrangements for our stay. the noise and mess didnt allow us to relax as intended.

Great, and I have re booked for next year . 2021.

I love this area of France as I have had Holidays and Day Trips there before. It has a beautiful and sandy beach. many very good Hotels and Restaurants to eat out. plus plenty of Sea Food. It is a place that is close to St Malo, so if you do not wish to do a lot of driving. Cancale is the place for you.

The Terms of Rental from Cocoonr regarding the problem all of us are facing , that is constantly changing Travel restrictions with Coronavirus .

Fabulous

Very nice apartment for two, but it accommodates up to four people. No parking on site but free parking was available around 1500 meters away, it's a nice walk along the seafront. You can get in front of the apartment by car to drop your luggage.

Séjour idéal sur le port de Cancale

Super situation sur le port et une des baies vitrées d’avec une vue incroyable sur la baie L’espace est grand et bien agencé.

J’ai signalé des petites améliorations sur l’équipement terrasse et cuisine - la conciergerie est top donc je pense que cela aura été remédié

Eloïse est venue nous accueillir, nous a expliqué tout ce qu'il y avait à savoir, disponible sur Whatsapp. très chaleureuse et accueillante. Appartement idéalement placé. Je recommande. :-)

Parfait pour une escale inoubliable !

L'emplacement de l'appartement sur le quai avec une large vue sur la mer. Sa décoration, forcément très maritime est particulierement réussie. Situé à proximité immédiate des restaurants du port.
