The apartment is small but has a practical layout. It is located in a quiet residential area with a supermarket nearby. The hot water works well. It was a bit cold when I arrived, but the electric heater and underfloor heating warmed the apartment after a while.
The apartment has some mold issues and becomes quite humid after showering. There is an air dehumidifier, but it doesn’t seem very effective. The ventilation could be improved, and the AC stops working when switched to heating mode. While the apartment is generally well equipped, it does not include a hair dryer.

The apartment is nice and clean.
Perhaps a little small for someone who is 6foot3. Due to it being winter the apartment was suffering from major condensation which meant water was dripping down the walls
