Apartments Simoneta

Everything was clean , new and with everything you need in a kitchen. We had a small problem with the boiler, but the next day the problem was already solved. It s very close to Krk, with the car maybe 15 minutes. Simona and her husband are nice and ready to help.

The only thing we didn t like is that the terrace didn t have something to separate it from the street. With a 2 years child it s not so relaxing every time to watch if she goes or not in the street. So, we didn t use very much the outside area....

The room it self is rlly roomy there is a place to park for multiple people, you can also go in larger groups ,I didn't but it's a option, I liked the fact that it was quiet and in the city but a little far away from it you know...nothing is to far but you don't hear cars children and such while you sleep or rest true out the day. The owners are nice and always willing to help and are there providing you with clean towels, paper and toilet paper refills if needed and are always down to sit down for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine with you.

Simona and Stane are amazing hosts, when we arrived, we were welcomed really nicely. The apartment is really clean as it is written in the description. It is cozy and comfortable. The beach Malinska is 9minutes walk away, and 5 minutes drive to Rajska plaža (there is free parking). The apartments has a really good AC, fridge, WiFi and free parking

Everything was great!

The flat was clean. Equipment and furniture were relatively new. The owner was accommodating, e.g. when we pointed out the lack of a coffee machine she brought an espresso steam kettle

There was no washing machine and other bits that we would have expected at this price level. The flat is not in Malinska as advertised. It's in a neighbouring village called Milčetići which also makes it harder to find using navigator. The area can get noisy at night from parties in the neighbourhood that go on until the small hours.
