Of the 5 bedrooms, 4 offer stunning mountain views, and there are two decks for outdoor enjoyment.
The maximum occupancy is 10 guests and BBQ grill is NOT available during fall and winter.
Please make sure to follow the rule of HOA that enforce the quiet hour between 10:00pm and 800am. The property has sound decibel monitoring devices. Our neighbors are sensitive to that and you will get a citation for a fine up to $1500. Street parking is NOT allowed anywhere inside HOA.

This cabin was beautiful inside and out!!! It fit our three families perfectly, everyone had a comfy bed and the shared family areas were great for gathering. The view… spectacular!! We plan to return for next year’s annual snow cabin trip.

Overall the stay was nice, very spacious and straight forward. One big complain was the Heater downstairs. All of us were freezing downstairs because the heater wasn't working. Only the one in the living room and master bedroom was. Also expect the place to be a bit dusty my allergies were through the roof. The couch in the living room is a bit dated in my opinion. May be time for the property owner to do an upgrade. But if you are looking for views. This spot is Amazing. The pictures from the listing definitely don't do it justice.

We recently stayed at this rental with my family and cousin's family with a total of 11 of us. The views were breathtaking and a welcomed greeting to each day. There was plenty of room for all of us to sleep and hang out. The kitchen was stocked better than I thought, based on previous reviews but if you need a specialty item, you may want to bring your own. If you have small children, you may want to consider the deck with the steep drop. The location was convenient to skiing at Tahoe Donner, where we were lucky enough to have no crowds, sunshine and fresh snow!The one issue was there were a couple items that seemed a little challenged, like blinds that did not open and close smoothly. We were charged for a broken blind that was stuck and couldn't be closed, which wasn't due to abuse; it just didn't work well. We had purchased the damage insurance, so we didn't make a deal of it.Overall, I would recommend, based on the location, the views and the comfortable living spaces provided for all.
