Our space is within an APA (Environmental Protection Area), Atlantic Forest in the Serrinha Alambari, a place you will enjoy and be able to contemplate the nature (flora and fauna) with all the comfort, security and privacy
Gated community with land of 25 000m², fenced, walled, main gate with opening with remote control
Are two comfortable houses (120m² each) with separate entrances, ample parking along the houses and stunning views of the Serra da Mantiqueira (Itatiaia).
Our icon is the river that cuts the property with 200m of crystalline waters and the natural pools with waterfall, for the exclusive use of the two houses (distant about 200m door / door, being able to go on foot or by car). Equipped with tables, chairs and sun loungers.
House 1 - Mountain - comfortably accommodates 06 people, including 04 distributed in two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 02 beds (double mount option) and 02 in sofa bed / couple in the room. The house provides 02 more extra mattresses / floor. Totaling 08 people.
House 2 - Warmth - comfortably accommodates 04 people in two bedrooms in double beds (1 single room with air conditioning.). The house provides 02 more extra mattresses / floor. Totaling 06 people.
The two houses together accommodate 10 people comfortably in beds, and up to 04 extra mattresses / floor. Totaling 14 people.
In addition to all the comfort that the area offers, we are close to places of tourist eco trails, horse rental, quadrículos, fish pay and the greatest gastronomic centers of the region and about 9 km from the center of Penedo, Santa's house and 20 km from Visconde de Mauá / Maromba

A casa é bem aconchegante e a piscina é uma coisa de outro mundo! Bem próximo a penedo e apenas a alguns metros do poção. Vale a pena.

Passamos um fim de semana maravilhoso no local. A propriedade é cercada por belas paisagens e muito verde. Ideal pra quem procura paz e aconchego junto a natureza. As casas são muito bem cuidadas, limpas e com tudo que é necessário para uma boa estadia. A área externa é igualmente bem cuidada e preservada, além de ser enorme e linda. As piscinas naturais são límpidas com águas vindas das cachoeiras da região, garantindo um mergulho revigorante sem palavras. O local é bastante calmo e me pareceu bem seguro, pois a propriedade é cercada por muros bem altos. Quanto a localização achei boa, fica mais ou menos a uns dez minutos seguindo a estradinha de terra q fica entre Penedo e Mauá ( bem mais próximo a Penedo, sendo possível ir até la tranquilamente). Bem próximo a propriedade também existe um pequeno trevo com comércio (padaria, mini mercado, pizzaria). O dono e funcionários são bastante solicitos caso seja necessário, apesar de não termos tido problema algum enquanto permanecemos no local. Enfim ja estivemos lá algumas vezes e recomendamos muito pra quem quer fugir do estresse da cidade e busca tranquilidade. Uma excelente escolha pra descansar! Adoramos!!

Estamos retornando a esse lugar que continua mais lindo ainda, perfeito a reflexão, descansar apreciando a paisagem ao som de belos e exóticos pássaros, dessa vez a cachoeira estava fraca por ser época da seca, mas tivemos as piscinas naturais. Tudo isso com total privacidade. Não temos do que reclamar, só elogiar. Fomos muito bem recebidos pela caseira que nos recebeu e nos acomodou, sem esquecer de dizer que é tudo muito bem limpo e cuidado. Queremos deixar nossas melhores impressões em tudo. Nosso carro 0 KM deu problema na chegada de Penedo, quase terminando com nossa viagem, se não fosse a interferência do proprietário em conseguir fazer com que a concessionária de Resende consertasse nosso carro a tempo, e ainda arranjou um UBER para nos atender. Ele é nota Mil ! rs

Adoramos o local, fomos em 6 adultos e duas crianças. Ótimo local para quem procura momentos de descontração com amigos e família, pois a beleza natural da região é encantadora. Fácil acesso e exatamente de acordo com o mapa enviado pelo proprietário, o Sr. Marcos ( Ressalto que o suporte foi excelente, pelo proprietário e funcionários). Fomos muito bem recebidos pela Rafaela que prestou todo atendimento no local, durante os três dias de hospedagem. A casa suporta, confortavelmente, dois casais. Acima de 4 pessoas sugiro a locação da segunda casa, disponibilizando 4 quartos (duas casas de dois quartos). Na área comum, sugiro algumas melhorias na iluminação e reformas pontuais, pois poucas luzes funcionam e a noite ficamos sem a melhor área da propriedade (externa). No entanto, a piscina natural é o diferencial da casa, pois tem acesso durante o dia fácil, andando ou de carro.
Estamos programando retorno a casa em breve.
