Very nice holiday house in a quiet neighborhood with barbecue, terrace and wonderful garden. Perfect for 3 couples or large family (3 separate bedrooms and two bathrooms). Good location - 12-15 minutes walk to Cuvi beach and 20-25 minutes walk to historic center of Rovinj. Great host who took care of us during the stay, provided very good recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Very good (instant) communication with the host who speaks perfect English. Perfect place to stay and explore Rovinj and Istria.
The bathroom on the ground floor requires refurbishment. The air conditioning at the 1st floor is in the hall, so when the doors to bedrooms are closed it cannot cool the bedrooms during the night. It was not an issue at all with 26-27 degrees C during the day and 21-22 degrees during the night but it can be more tricky when the nights are hotter.
