It was clean and tidy. The room was perfect for one person. The breakfast was really good - so much choice. Viv and the staff were very welcoming and very professional. It is a great location on the seafront.

Very clean the breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful
Not good for disabled users no lift. steps upto property no ramp also flight steps down to dining room.But the property has one room on ground floor that is usable

The hosts were excellent and we felt at home from the moment we checked in. Local knowledge from Carl was fab and he recommended a great place to eat, ‘The Crown’ in the town which was fantastic.
The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was outstanding and finished our trip at Balmoral off brilliantly.
Thank you for a lovely stay.
The only issue we had was with the WiFi, but it didn’t impact on our stay.
