About this bed and breakfast
A perfect place to spread out & enjoy a forest retreat. This is a 1500 sq/ft, a newly furnished terrace level of our home that can accommodate 4+ if sleeping on the leather sofas are ok. It has a full kitchen ready to cook a big meal and washer/dryer and pool table SmartTV with Roku that can connect to all your favorite online channels as well as SlingTV for sports or other popular channels, Hi-Definition antennae for local stations.
Pets are not allowed as some of our guests have allergies.
We use a keypad lock on the entry door, and your access code will be sent 1–2 days before arrival through
Before check-in, Happy Guest will also ask you to choose either:
a $37 damage protection payment, or
a refundable $1,000 credit card hold for your stay.
Once that step is completed, you’ll receive your door code, property address, and full check-in instructions.

We had a great experience! The location is beautiful. Everything was as described. Comfortable and homey. Very convenient to Clemson. Mary, the host was wonderful, available and communicated to touch base to make sure we had what we needed or had any questions. We will stay there again when we go back for sure.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Very spacious home.. Fire pit, bbq grill perfect for outdoor entertainment. Pool table and board games fun too!

Loved the host. But qualifying to visit was a 100%Nightmare Happy guest .com is not happy. And having to sign up for a 300 video program just to watch a video of the hostess going up the driveway (no Audio) is INSANE.
