It was overall a nice vacation, but we'll likely visit Rimini the next time.

The apartment has free parking There is a lot of equipment - even dolce gusto, pans, pots, toaster etc. It was clean and even in hot days there was a comfortable temperature plus there was air conditioning available The bathroom was nice and big The apartment has it's own foreyard and is secured via cameras and gates with codes Mosquito nets are installed on all windows

First of all, the property does not have a reception or similar and we had some complications on the road caused by traffic jams. Therefore we arrived totally exhausted at 20:30 and had to pay extra 30€ to the lady who gave us the keys (the owner said, that she works only till 16:00 and we need to pay it) The closest usable beach is the Primavera or Belarosa, which is around 1.3km away (I don't know where booking found out, it's only 850m ...). The other beaches more north are quite dirty. The public ones are more far away. And ... booking.com >>> really? Asking me this? "One of the closest beaches was Bagno Tamerici Dog Beach – did you visit it?" A dog beach?? Really?? During night, there are animation programmes and loud music until 23:30 and it's disturbing in the apartment, since it's just next to the stage. The main bed is squeaky and not very comfortable And finally - because booking.com has a special "feature" that sometimes it doesn't find exact periods, it offers shorter ones instead of showing nothing available at that time. This caused a complete disaster at the end of the vacation where we found out, that we are moving out on 16.7 instead of 19.7 (date I originally wanted to stay until). Now this was handled first and we agreed and paid the owner additional money for the 3 days. Then suddenly at 19.00pm he called us and said we need to move out to the "Tizé" apartment and couldn't even stay one single night and need to leave within an hour because he has other guests. Imagine how frustrating it was to pack all the stuff with a pregnant woman and a small 2 year old child ...

Na pochwale zasługuje: wyposażenie kuchni - jest bardzo dobrze, w środku jest chłodno przez co nie ma potrzeby korzystania z klimatyzacji (ani razu jej nie włączaliśmy, ale fajnie, że jest), duża i przestronna łazienka z wanną i prysznicem, bliskość do morza, bliskość darmowego parkingu (poza weekendami kiedy ludzie przyjeżdżają na plażę - wtedy może być trudno). Chwalimy również Panią Valentinę, która starała się nam zawsze pomóc, mimo czasem braku umiejętności w rozwiązaniu danego problemu.

Niektóre rzeczy wymagałyby odświeżenia (np. z krzeseł na tarasie odchodzi farba i siadając na nich przykleja się ona do ubrań i ciała, w środku na początku panowal zaduch i unosił się specyficzny zapach) lub wymiany (zdjęcia w załączeniu) - nie przeszkadza to w codziennym funkcjonowaniu, ale szpeci oko. Przez pierwsze dwa dni nie było internetu (po kilkukrotnym zgłaszaniu problemu i przekonywaniu, że wbrew zapewnieniom zasięg sieci nie jest wystarczający /co potwierdziła Pani Valentina, o której powyżej/, w końcu Wi-Fi zostało przywrócone). Przez ponad pół dnia brak było prądu (powodem była nocna burza i tu akurat właściciel w odpowiedni sposób zadziałał i naprawiono usterkę - wiązało się to jednak dla nas z pewnymi utrudnieniami /część jedzenia z lodówki należało wyrzucić, a aby wyjść z posesji trzeba było przeskakiwać przez ogrodzenie bo bramka jest na na zamek elektryczny/). To co najbardziej zaważa na ocenie, co zdecydowanie jest najgorszą rzeczą (jest o tym w opiniach, ale nie zwróciłem na to uwagi /mój błąd - zachęcam innych do czytania opinii 🙂/, a uważam że powinna być o tym wzmianka w ogłoszeniu na booking) - na miejscu jest bardzo głośno (mieszkanie przylega bezpośrednio do ośrodka wypoczynkowego Tize, w którym m.in. codziennie (przynajmniej pod koniec lipca, czyli w okresie naszego pobytu) odbywają się do 23.00 zajęcia animacyjne dla dzieci z głośną muzyką, często w nocy słychać hałaśliwie zachowującą się młodzież wracającą z nocnych wojaży po mieście, sąsiadzi za płotem nie rzadko w nocy imprezowali, a rano słychać było donośny zgiełk ludzi z ośrodka, lub też dzieci sąsiadów, co nie sprzyjało ani wczesnemu zasypianiu, ani dłuższemu spaniu). Z osobami zarządzającymi mieszkaniem kontakt tylko w j. włoskim (da radę się dogadać, ale dla niektórych może być to ważne, że nie porozumiecie się tu w j. angielskim).

tutto sommato benino, bene l appartamento ,da cambiare il water, bar e qualche ristoranti ok

posto tranquillo , la sera dà fastidio un po la musica della struttura accanto,

nel complesso bene, un po distante la spiaggia . assolutamente da bocciare il water e bidet antiestetici, anti anatomici e antifunzionale. un vero peccato
