Apartman je na odličnoj lokaciji, ima odličan parking. Sve je blizu do 100 m, trgovina Konzum, plaža, restorani. U blizini je prelijepa šetnica koja spaja Iku s Lovranom i Ičićima. Apartman je uredan, domaćini ljubazni. Apartman je lijepo uređen, interijer koji odiše osobnošću i daje osjećaj dobrodošlice. Svakako je to apartman koji odiše estetikom. Svakako bi turistima preporučila da posjete ovo simpatično malo mjesto i izaberu ovaj studio apartman.
Možda malo prostora u ormaru i premalo vješalica za ormar.
