The units we rented were on the 2nd floor a few flights up. The units we fairly well equipped and a decent size with a comfy bed. The regular size shower was nice to have with a small kitchen. overall no serious complaints.
Not much, directions to the parking lot (maybe include a picture) as people who were new to the city might not know street names/business names while driving. Same goes for finding the apartment entrance.

Great location, in the center but still nice and quiet. Very clean, has all you need for a short stay - coffee, tea and much more. Free parking a 10min walk near, and super easy communication with the host.
