Family-friendly holiday home with private pool near Vodice

Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zur Begrüßung standen Getränke und Snacks im Kühlschrank bereit und sie hat uns alles ausführlich erklärt. Die Unterkunft ist groß, modern und sehr gut ausgestattet – auch die Küche. Der Pool (ca. 1,50 m tief) ist toll und das Grundstück vermittelt durch das Tor ein sicheres Gefühl. Die Vermieterin hat direkt angeboten, dass die Kinder auch auf dem ausziehbaren Sofa schlafen können. Die Option haben wir gerne angenommen, damit sie nicht im separaten Hausteil alleine schlafen müssen. Man kann das Auto unter einer Art Carport abstellen.

Im Haupthaus auf dem Grundstück wohnt eine ältere Dame, die regelmäßig im Garten ist oder Besuch empfängt – dadurch fühlten wir uns weniger privat als erwartet. sie spricht leider nur kroatisch, weshalb die Kommunikation schwierig ist. Der Spielplatz ist leider nur eingeschränkt nutzbar: Der Rasensprenger läuft mehrmals täglich (alles wird nass/matschig), die Schaukel ist nicht fest verankert, die Wippe eher für Kleinkinder geeignet, das Trampolin federt nur wenig und die Hängematte ist oft nass (durch die Rasensprenger). Außerdem sollte man wissen, dass sich das Studio mit Doppelbett in einem angeschlossenen Teil mit separatem Eingang befindet.

The pool and the terrace with barbecue are an excellent addition and surely raise the whole experience up a notch.

The property is being advertised as the entire holiday home and from the description you can't tell that two bedrooms with bathrooms have two separate entrances and that it is actually one appartment and one studio. The studio is not a proper fit for two parents and a child because the sofa is too small.

Everything is perfect. Despite our very late arrival, we were warmly welcomed. We were welcomed with local snacks. Tasty! A restaurant in the area was recommended to us, where of course we ate, again delicious! For every question we immediately had an answer from Doris who welcomed us. Here again, thank you for the great service!!!:) Ultra clean and beautiful place. So calm that you can forget about the world. Definitely for people who want to spend their holidays away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A place from which you can go and explore Croatia. Trogir, Šibenik, Primosten, Zadar all quite close :) Every trip to the store, which is a few minutes by car, or to a stall with local products is a pleasure. Unforgettable views! The beach is not far away, only about 17 minutes, but we liked it so much at the pool that we were not on the beach once :) We can write endlessly, but simply, with a clear conscience, we can recommend this place!
