Sirenas Caribbean Rooms Holbox

Our room was spacious and we had a big balcony facing the garden. The common terrace on the last floor and the garden (with hammocks) are very nice to spend time at. The staff was super friendly and helpful with any questions we had, and they also let us leave our luggages for free before check in and after check out. The location is very good, 2 minutes from the beach and very close to nice restaurants.

There are some hotel rules for which you’re not informed before reserving/paying and for which you are charged in case you break them (eg. leaving the lights/AC on when not in the room etc). This wasn’t our case but I found it a bit weird for a hotel to do that, given also the price.

The property was amazing! Jordi, his wife and the receptonist Carlina were the kindest people from all our trip. I’ll recommend it to everyone :)

Everything was perfect

Great hotel for a nice and relaxing holiday. Quiet, as it's a bit further from the center and all the action and noises. Friendly, welcoming staff. Nice, clean, spacious room with a beautiful balcony. AC works well. Communal area with books, games and kitchen appliances and utensils - you can make some toast, tea, there is a fridge as well. In the morning there is coffee and tea. Spacious yard with place to park bikes, hammocks, dining area. Close to the beach, short walk/bike ride to the center. We really enjoyed our stay here :) Would recommed it for families as well, as it's nice and quiet.

In general - no complaints :)

The proximity to the beach was a plus, as well as the free coffee in the morning. The bed was quite comfortable.

The photos of the room led us to think that the terrace was private, however it is shared with other rooms. The AC was leaking a large amount of water and the fan has only one speed. The door of the bathroom is not fully closing so you can hear whatever your partner is doing... The access to the hotel is very bad when the streets are flooded, you have to walk in dirty water. The problem does not concern only this hotel but if they really wanted it they could build a little bridge with rocks or wood. The beach was dirty and smelled bad.
