Location and Richard the host who was really kind, approachable and helpful.
Was a little cold in the front room, we should have taken advantage of putting the fire on.

Property was comfortable and well equipped.
Property situated on a main trunk road with no pavement therefore quite dangerous on leaving front gate. No parking. Would not stay again.
