Apartment with terrace and sea view - LUCIC

Хорошее расположение,близко к центру города.Приветливые хозяева встретили с презентом,спасибо большое.Квартира чистая,есть все необходимое,очень понравилась зона для барбекю.До моря 5 минут,берег пляжа подойдет для маленьких деток.Рекомендую!!!

Все просто прекрасно

This studio apartment has a very large terrace (more than 40 m2), with a great view on the sea and the mountains behind. It is partly shared with an adjacent studio apartment, but that is not a problem at all as there is plenty of space, and two separate sitting areas. It has enough shade in the sitting area, but also plenty of sunshine if you wish to lounge in the sun. It is convenient for having breakfast alfresco, or enjoying the evening drink outside. Right below the apartment, approx. 80 stairs down, there is a nice beach to take a swim, and lay in the sun (providing even some shade), additionally there is also a nice selection of beaches in the vicinity or further away on the island - that you can easily walk or drive to. It takes 5min to the nearest grocery shop, and about 20min walk along the local road to the magnificent city of Trogir. Lucić family are very friendly and responsive hosts, (living on the upper floor) and they provided support with a couple of minor requests we had. The private parking is provided right next to the apartment. This place is highly recommended for a nice vacation.

Everything was fine

The view is great, the kitchen is very well equipped, you can walk to the beach (5 minutes) and to the historical part of Trogir (6 km round trip) on a sea shore trail

Very comfy bed, huge terrace for 2 apartments, you could watch the airplanes land in Split airport or the sea bay with the ships. A/C worked well, kitchennette equiped enough for easy cooking. Hot water with own heatee without problems. The apartment was super-cleaned and we also received the welcome drinks - beers and juice.
