The Treehut is elevated and NOT suitable for under 6's and with the elevated steps leading up to the deck probably could be to much for anyone over 70yrs old and any lower body disabilities.

Absolutely lovely accommodation, perfect position, tucked away in the native forest surrounded by pohutakawa, kanuka, kowhai and heaps of beautiful birdsong which was lovely to hear as the sun was setting over the hills on the horizon and the water was magic to watch in all it's states of settled, still and even on the drizzly day. Just magic.

The accomodation host was great to deal with and helped me out when my friend was stuck in his contra after a delayed internal flight. She allowed me to put my booking back. It truly is in a stunning spot and the views are awesome and the cabin is really cute. It was lovely and clean and tidy and nicely appointed for a NZ Batch. Looking forward to renting it again sometime. And just the right distance walking to township !! Thank you

This property is in a perfect place for a complete getaway, the house has a great outlook although the stairs up to it are steep for carrying cases ect ,the big let down is on the inside the property is tired and especially in the kitchen worktops and utensils (kettle pots pans ect) all need renewed
