Property very nice clean everything there was a nice stay

There wasent nothing I didn’t like was good from start to finsh

Гарна територія, яка сприяє відпочинку. Приватна безкоштовна автостоянка. Чистий доглянутий басейн. Достатня кількість посуду та кухонної техніки на кухні. Дуже вдале розміщення, наче в місті, поруч магазини, а машин на дорозі не чутно.

I love the location far enough away not to have the noise of the strips and night life, yet near enough to get to them within 5 mins by car (food,shop, restaurants etc,) The features inside and outside the property beautiful. It was very clean. The owner was helpful, willing, and friendly. Though his spoken English wasn't perfect, he trys hard to accommodate. Google translate works and text/written messages he does understand and respond quickly. He went out his way to help with everything. He even bought us a kebab and gave me washing detergent for washing machine. The property is in a secure gated community. It's quiet and clean with a lovely little pool. Lots of kitchen extra accessories plates, boels cutlery, etc. Fully loaded kitchen. Balconeus for bedrooms, simple ensuites, and great down stairs outdoor areas to sit all for this property, not in a shared space. Own space for parking on our personal property, not car park. Beautiful place better than I expected. I will definitely be visiting again. Also, though we didn't use them, there are 2 comfortable double sofa beds in the main room, so in reality, u could have more people stay if neccasry. We were 3 people. Smart tv, working iron and iron board. The owner is very flexible and always available

The lighting in the bedroom could be better, ie have some low level lamps lland some high level bright main lights. Could do with at least one long mirror withint the house. The ladies struggled to do there make up with the lighting. Nothing really that i didn't like, but if i could suggest anything, it would be to supply at least 2 main door and gate keys as likley to be several people coming home differrent times. Also supplying a few more products always makes a person happy like salt and pepper, washing powder. Basically, could leave what people other guests behind. These things are not necessities as it is self catering but I find it helps keep customers extra happy. Maybe increase the check out time to 11 or even 12. Im confident that when he reads this he will supply some of the above. Seriously brilliant place to stay and great great host. See u soon

Lovely pool, relaxed and peaceful location. Nice villa, spacious living area and modern kitchen. Downstairs toilet was a bonus. Serhat, the manager, was always on hand, very helpful and did his very best to sort out any issues as quick as he could.

Air-con ineffective in twin bedroom for first 2 nights so room was too hot to sleep in. Fixed on day 3 but then leaked so mattress was too wet to sleep on. Failed again night 4 so fixed again day 5 then worked ok for last 3 nights. The maintenance guys usually turned up after 6pm so it was quite inconvenient if we were getting ready and couldn't use the room. We slept downstairs on the sofa beds as the aircon was ok there but they are very hard so wouldn't recommend using them. The villa is nice but a few things need attention, and would make it much more comfortable eg: in master bedroom, socket not working by bedside, only one bedside table, curtain hanging off on one window, pillows flat and bedding felt like a giant t-towel with no top sheet. Also shower door doesnt fit/slide properly so hard to close, shelf missing above sink so no space for toiletries. Sunbeds could also do with a good clean and repair.
