Breakfast was not included but there was a supermarket a short walk away however we did not cook at the property as our stay was short. We walked in the center of Trogir and had breakfast there
Maybe could of done with an extra blanket or throw as some of our party felt the cold in the evening

Eine super Unterkunft mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Genau was man bruacht,wenn man mit einem Jugndlichen reist. Beheizter Pool-topp. Einkaufen 50 Meter. Wunderschöner Sonnenuntergang....

The property was very spacious , well decorated with everything you needed. Water Taxi across the road and surrounded by beautiful beaches

For the 1st 2 days of our stay the swimming pool was full of large children’s inflatables. As there didn’t seem to be any children using the pool we took them out and used the pool for the remaining 3 days
Although the apartment is beautifully decorated the curtains were too small and didn’t cover the doors/ window. As it is ground floor it left us quite exposed. The main bedroom which faces terrace and other apartments didn’t even have inner curtain
These are minor concerns and can be easily rectified and in no way detracts from the lovely villa

An immaculate and perfectly located villa. villa Lavea is beachfront, very conveniently located to Trogir via the ferry and an abundance of restaurants all within walking distance. The beaches are beautiful and clean and there are supermarkets/ bakeries nearby. The villa itself is flawless. Very modern, spacious, clean and so many extra features to make it an incredible stay. The hosts were extremely approachable and accomodating and went above and beyond. Villa Lavea - you are perfect.
