This one bedroom one bathroom condo in Chetola Resort was fully renovated in 2019. Holly 7 boasts 8" oak wood floors, granite and quartz counter tops throughout. Reclaimed wood accents with a rough-hewn fireplace mantle over the gas-log fireplace completes the modern mountain feel. The fully stocked kitchen has all new stainless appliances, a farm sink and floating shelves. The bathroom has an over-sized tiled shower, and the bedroom has a king size canopy bed with a cool-gel mattress. All new furniture throughout, including a leather sleeper sofa, leather recliner and a handmade reclaimed oak dining table. The 65" flat screen TV with cable and WiFi with high speed internet completes the resort experience. Beautiful view of the mountain and tennis courts from the spacious porch. Full Chetola Resort amenities with tennis, playground, indoor pool, sauna, spa, fishing, kayaking, paddleboats and boards on the lake are included. On -site restaurant and bar, walking distance to Blowing Rock restaurants and shops are just some of the many benefits of this unit.
Payment is due as follows: 50% ASAP to reserve unit; balance at least 4 weeks prior to stay; lock-box combo with key will be provided within three days of your stay. Cancellation refund is 100% within 30 days of stay and 50% within two weeks. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND buying late cancellation insurance protection, since there are no exceptions to this rule.

It was a wonderful stay at Holly 7! It was super clean, the sleeping arrangements and linens were spot on. Perfect location, super easy to find. Anne was the best host, not had one who was so attentive to our needs.

Kitchen beautifully equipped and with high end appliances and finishes. Bed with foam mattress. Enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub so much! We even fed the geese and took mini hikes. Shower nicely updated. Great turn key condo! Getting in was EASY! Fireplace nice. Location to town just a hot minute away. Precious village. Needs that invariably arise: Living room floor lamp wobbly and cumbersome. Need to replace? Bathroom overhead mirror missing a lightbulb however when I tried to change it, it didn’t work. Need to replace fixture as more light is needed? Also washer and dryer worked the first time but not the second time. Overall, a great property. Tennis court view with some mountain views beyond.
