About this house rental
It is a fantastic central location across the road from Misshingham beach and 4 mins walk to shops and restaurants.
Built-in 1872, historic Riversleigh House is a charming Victorian-style residence offering 5 elegant and spacious guest rooms featuring comfortable King / Queen size beds and all with private ensuites. No bathroom sharing here!
Timber floors throughout living areas, carpeted bedrooms, open and airy with 3 metre ceilings, The house has all the mod cons and comforts of today.
Two of the rooms also contain double sofa beds for children, and an additional trundle is available in the 5th Room.
The house comfortably sleeps 10 Adults or a mix of adults and children to a max of 13 people.
Easy walking distance of cafes, restaurants, bars & shopping.
Across the road from the Riverfront & Missingham beach, Swimming pool, and water slide. Great fun for the kids.
Guests can relax outdoors on the wide verandahs watching the world go by. There is a private bbq courtyard area with an outdoor kitchen. Spa pool and outdoor dining.
Riversleigh Guesthouse is a 10-minute drive from the Ballina Byron Gateway Airport.
If you have your own transport we have some off-street parking available with lots of street parking out the front.

We stayed with our children and grandchildren over the Christmas period. We could not have found a more wonderful house to stay in. It was in a perfect location for any shopping and eating out and the pool and waterslide were a big hit with all the younger members of the family.
Melissa was really easy to talk to about our needs for the family bedrooms and was there to greet us and show us around the property. Would highly recommend.

A wonderful home to big enough to accommodate 3 families. Everything was perfect, very clean, spacious and welcoming. A great location. Would definitely recommend a stay in this beautiful home.

We thoughly enjoyed our stay in Ballina. t
The House us beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. We had 10 Adults and 1 Child staying, and we never lacked for room.
Would Highly Recommend this property to all requiring Accomodation in the area.
Especially a large family group as we were, it's makes your trip so much more enjoyable when family are all staying in one property.
Melissa is a lovely welcoming lady who makes you feel at ease .

This is a very clean and wonderful place to stay with family and friends. Every one likes every room especially your kitchen. We will never forget this trip to Ballina.
