Stayed here mid April for 5 nights. Super relaxed and rustic surf shack up the hill from the beach in the trees! Plenty of wildlife around so be ready to see and hear howler monkeys, birds, and raccoons. Stayed in the dormitory with chill and honest people with nice neighbors. For check in and questions, you will want to Whatsapp message Mekki, the owner, as he lives offsite (pay with cash/colones only) - his number is on a sign outside the dorm rooms. Dorms have A/C, outdoor bathroom/shower, a small pool next door near the private rooms, and a kitchen and hangout spot on the patio. Has a few spots underneath and above the dorms for a couple of cars/motorcycles to park. Minutes walk down to Playa Pelada for the sunset, restaurants, and a trail near the bottom by Olgas to get to Guiones - about 15min. Fun surf in the mornings and evenings during high tide! Would recommend an update to the bedframes and mattresses, but the cleaning lady comes everyday and everyone seemed to keep the place clean themselves. Had a great time exploring the Nosara region! Mattress comfort

My second stay! I love this place: the owner is super chill and I met the sweetest of people here who will remain friends...the internet was perfect for working, the kitchen/deck at the back, looking out over jungle, an amazing place for early morning coffee, as the sun rose, there's a lot of space in the dorm and no issues with kitchen/bathrooms. This is my place in Nosara now and I will keep returning : )
