About this villa rental
10 km from the Bayreuth Festival House, the present owner has restored this art nouveau house and furnished it with furniture from the turn of the century. During the renovation, emphasis was placed on natural materials and on the preservation of the original building fabric. The quiet location and the proximity to the festival town of Bayreuth make this house a relaxing retreat during a festival stay or invite you to hikes and sightseeing in the Franconian countryside. The Unesco World Heritage Margravial Opera House Bayreuth invites since 2018 to a visit. It is the most beautiful and best preserved baroque theater in the world.

A fine place to relax, for hiking tours and to visit the town of Bayreuth. Sleeping comfort was very fine too- and there is enough place in the house itself to relax.

We had a great week with our dogs in this beautiful and lovingly restored house. It felt as if we were staying in the home of a good friend! We will definitely be back!!

Sehr geschmackvoll renoviertes, sowie mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Haus mit Charme und Charakter (ca. 150 Jahre alt). Was uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen hat, ist die vollständige Ausstattung, insbesondere auch mit Hygiene- und Verbrauchsmitteln (Seife, Toilettenpapier, Spültabs etc.). Alles ist aureichend vorhanden, um ggf. auch ein langes Wochenende überbrücken zu können. Hinzu kommt die hervorragende Lage, die ausgezeichnet geeignet ist, um Ausflüge in die fränkische Schweiz oder in die umliegenden Städte wie Bayreuth, Coburg, Bamberg usw. zu machen. Nicht vergessen werden darf aber auch die freundliche und engagierte Betreuung durch alle Beteiligten bei der Buchung und vor Ort. Der Aufenthalt hat uns allen sehr gefallen, jederzeit wieder!
