It has a large (up to five people) and a small (1-2 persons) apartment in the high-floor. In the garden there are terraces and berths, a barbecue and games for children. The train station, shops and restaurants can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by bike, as well as the beach on Lake Dieksee and the bathing area on Lake Kellersee. The Baltic Sea can be reached in 20 minutes by car or by train (journey time about 1 hour).
