About this apartment rental
Our apartments are spacious and contain everything you are used to from home. The apartments are u. a. equipped with washing machine, flat screen TV with DVD / video, stereo and DSL WLAN connection. The kitchens have i. D.R. about dishwasher. Our house is located in the center of the municipality of Mittelkirchen. On the opposite side of the road is the river Lühe, which flows into the Elbe after about 4 km. In the immediate vicinity of our house you will find a small EDEKA market and a restaurant with a sun terrace right on the Lühe. To reach everything within a radius of approx. 50 m. The following transport connections are available: bus to Stade, Buxtehude, Jork, Steinkirchen approx. 50 m away; Autobahn A26 approx. 6 km, S-Bahn connection towards Hamburg - Cuxhaven approx. 6 km; Ferry connection Lühe - Schulau 4km
The apartment house has a large garden with several terraces that can be used by the holiday guests of the apartments. Sun loungers, garden chairs and tables are sufficiently available. There are also several gas barbecues available to our guests for a BBQ.

Sehr schöne großzügige FeWo. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet, wobei der Eßplatz am Tresen vorgesehen ist. Man hat aber im Außenbereich genügend Alternativen. Es gibt TV und Musikanlage, so dass auch die Unterhaltung bei Bedarf gesichert ist. Tolle Lage im "Alten Land".

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Alten Land und in der Ferienwohnung. Sehr nette Vermieter, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das alte Land ist wunderschön. Lage für Ausflüge ideal. Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Allerding war aus der Beschreibung nicht zu erkennen, dass sich ein Heimwerker verwirklicht hat und das Inventar aus gebrauchten, zusammengesuchten Möbeln mit deutlichen Gebrauchsspuren zusammengesetzt war.
Nachhaltigkeit in Ehren, dies war für uns aus der Beschreibung nicht erkennbar.
Auch wir hätten gerne unsere Mahlzeiten an einem Esstisch, anstatt einer Küchentheke mit Barhockern, eingenommen.
Wer nachts Ruhe und erholsamen Schlaf sucht, sollte auf Grund der Lage (Durchgangsstraße Schwerlastverkehr) an der Dorfstraße die Ohrstöpsel nicht vergessen.
Das Haus (Fenster und Fassade) könnte insgesamt eine Renovierung vertragen.
