Marin was super helpful and fantastic at communicating - 10/10 for the host! He gave us amazing recommendations for restaurants, beaches, gyms….he even tried to help us find a place to watch the All Blacks play France!! Location is out of the chaos of Split Old Town and is also close to some fantastic restaurants and street food. Spacious and nice cool aircon. Bonus washing machine which we needed during this heatwave. A great spot!
There was nothing to hook the shower onto so you had to have a handheld shower which is inconvenient but do-able. Also the photos are misleading which show two apartments but we thought was one apartment. We specifically searched for apartments with balconies and this said it had one and the photos indicated a balcony , but it didn’t. Suggestions would be to just have the photos up for the one apartment available to book.

The host had good tips for restaurants and things to do. he even brought some snacks mid way the stay!
the apartment was a bit cramped for 5 people.

Host was friendly and helpfull, apartment nice with two separate bedrooms.
Kitchen was small and there was no dishmachine.

The property is in a high rise block of flats which are not very nice to say the least. The area is very poor quality and not what was expected, we actually did not stay 1 night in the property and chose instead to book another property in different location.
Photo's of surrounding area would help as I would not have chosen this property, especially being on the 8th floor in a high raise building in a run down area. Whilst there is nothing wrong with the property itself which is furnished to a good standard it was due to location we chose not to stay.
