Dreadful. Hotel claims to be family and pet friendly. It is neither.

Nothing much at all

Room wasn’t clean. Room was tiny resulting in banged heads and injuries. Corridor smelled dreadful and had bad stains on the carpets. Staff were indifferent to the issues and completely ignored me at check in for a very long period of time. Check in for our side of the hotel was closed resulting in having to use a different hotel for the check in process. Hotel claims to be both family and pet friendly. It is neither.

Nothing much. Location was ok.

Rooms were tiny and bunk bed was dangerous resulting in injuries from banged heads and ultimately having to book a second room, even though there were only three of us. Staff ignored us at check in and were completely indifferent to the issues that we had. Email sent with enquiry in advance of stay was ignored for two days until I called by phone requesting an answer. Hotel claims to be both family and pet friendly. It is neither.

There is a protection on the mattress. A good point! And under the bed was clean as well

Super nice place to stay, changed my mind about IBIS in general, super helpful staff

We had an unplanned stay at this hotel. We had a little bit of an emergency (transporting a sick person back home) and we needed an immediate place to rest. The problem was, it was 10:45 in the morning and check-in was 14:00. I called the hotel and a very friendly staff member arranged everyting for us so we could check-in at 11:30. It was a life-saver. Person who was at the reception that day: THANK YOU, it made all the difference that day.

The location isn't amazing as the hotel is outside of town, but we were staying for a wedding out of town so it didn't matter too much. It is a taxi ride or two buses from Gare du Sens to the hotel.

Would sleep in my Toyota Aygo instead and save the money.

Easy to find. Contact pre stay was polite and helpful.

One bed not made up. Arrived at 1.30am, prearranged with the hotel, but night porter very slow to check us in. Random man wandered past as we were checking in - I got the strong sense I was being checked out as an adult female. The bunk bed was wobbly with two screws missing so neither child felt safe to sleep in it, and as it wasn’t made up they could see the mattress wasn’t clean too. Ended up with three of us in one bed. There was a flat screen tv on the wall, but no soap to wash hands! Ugh. For the six ish hours we were in the room we heard doors closing many times. Left asap in the morning, never to return. Waste of money as an overnight stop - would have had more sleep in the car.

Don’t bother.

Location was fine and the room was tight but sufficient.

The air conditioning was not putting out any cold air. (or really any air movement for that matter). Staff said it was working (lights were on) and all the rooms were the same. The lobby was nice and cool but the room was stifling. Staff was very rude and dismissive when we brought it to there attention. We asked if they had a fan and we were given one very small fan. We ended up purchasing another larger fan ourselves as we were staying for 4 nights. The vending machine for cold drinks was also not working. We’ve stayed in other Ibis’s and never had this problem.

The mattress was very comfortable, the pillow and duvet very good quality.

The room smelled like cigarettes, although it said it was a non-smoking room.

Extra breakfast to pay!

The fact that we paid for 2 rooms for 4 people, breakfast included and that they made us pay 2 extra breakfasts because it was missing in the bill while i specifically showed the email stating that breakfast was included for both rooms. So, in the end, Ibis sells for a price and add up extra fees just like this. This is not normal.

Shower good. Much power! Breakfast good value! Checked in in good time fine!

Pre visit card check... Reserved 100 odd euro before my stay, then had to pay on arrival separately. Instead of using the pre authorised amount.Had to wait 1 month for the money to free up back to my available funds!

Room was ok, no thrills.

Arrogant receptionist who refused us an early breakfast and kept unnecessarily strict to the time schedule. The guy was smirking all the way while referring to the French national holiday claiming a different starting time. Should be fired by his superior.

Tiny place, limited and budget, not much room to move around, staff don’t speak any English, for a hospitality business a huge minus.

Very small place and location away from the center, had to use taxi which is very limited, waited over an hour at the train station to get a taxi.
