Apartments Ban

Great host very flexible and helpful. Beautiful location with a small beach just 50m downstairs.

I liked the village, it is more suitable for families to spend calm vacation without too many people around and other locations for night life like Baska Voda, Omis are nearby and you can drive there in few minutes. There is a small supermarket in the village and you can buy there basicaly everything you need for a stay. There is also a beach bar directly in front of the apartment on the beach, restaurant in nearby hotel. Not sure if that is standard, but there were most days colder sea with the bigger waves on the beach in front of apartment, while in other beaches "behind the corner" it was calm and warmer. Owner was very nice, provided keys even earlier after our arrival. Interior was very clean and modern, a lot of space and air condition in all rooms. The privacy was great due to the direction of windows/balcony and also the floor.

There are stairs to the beach, they are not so bad, but it is not definitely just few steps to get back to the appartment considering next 3 floors of stairs inside the building. But that is the price for wonderful view from the balcony :)

Superb apartment, great view, clean, nice location close to the beach.

We spent a week in the apartment and everything was perfect. The flat is very good staffed. The beach is beautiful. Market and restaurant are in the near. The owner of the apartment is very helpful and friendly. We will come back :)
