This home has not been on VRBO since 2020. We have just reintroduced Lazy Lake VRBO for the 2026 Season. Because of that, ask about our Stay for 4 and Pay for 3 nights in the off-season. Book the summer now (Promo ends June 15th), and we will give our VRBO guests a 7th night free (excluding holidays) during our peak season through August 30th. The owners have made many upgrades to this home since then. It boasts 5 Star reviews on other platforms. This charming chalet style house on the shoreline of Douglas Lake offers breathtaking views, easy access to the water and year round floating covered private dock. This home has been equipped with a 100 ft gangplank that is fixed to the shoreline making fishing and boating a year round activity for this home! The main floor has a full kitchen with modern appliances, dining area with bar seating as well. The cozy living room with a wood burning fireplace for the cooler months (wood not provided but can be purchased at local grocery stores). There are also two sleeper sofas located in the living room. Also, a large smart TV with cable access and streaming capabilities for relaxing or watching the big game. The primary bedroom has a king bed. One Full Bathroom on the main level. The loft area offers a queen size bed and a futon sleeper. This home features a washer and dryer for your convenience. Outside, there is a deck with a 6-person hot tub to relax in overlooking beautiful views of the mountains and lake. For your convenience, there is an electric tram that provides easy access to get you and your gear down to the lower deck. There you will find a dining and sitting area for relaxing and sunning. With just a few steps more, you will reach the private dock, where a boat or other watercraft can be docked. There are multiple free launches and major marinas are nearby.
This property is located about 10-15 minutes from Historic Downtown Dandridge. There are shops and grocery stores near there. About 45 minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains, 30 mins from Pigeon Forge and Dollywood.
